** Shares of Creso Pharma  CPH.AX  rise as much as 3% to
A$0.034 
    ** The cannabis products maker says its U.S. unit, Sierra
Sage Herbs LLC, signed a product supply and services agreement
with media firm accelerate360
    ** Says deal to increase brand awareness; adds initially,
unit's products to be featured as part of a shopping experience
through accelerate360's Us Weekly magazine brand
    ** Under the deal, accelerate360 may purchase products from
unit which will be made available for resale to consumers
    ** Stock has fallen 59.8% this year, as of last close
