between co and Lebas Technologies, related to project in
Malaysia abandonned in 2014
* The decision of the Commercial Court is not accompanied by
provisional enforcement
* Ordered by Commercial Court to pay 500,000 euros to Lebas
Technologies and 2,063,000 euros to Bio-Xcell
* METabolic EXplorer intends to appeal this decision
