Feb 2 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
AIRBUS SE AIR.PA :
Airbus SE and Qatar Airways reported on Wednesday to have
settled the A350 dispute.
BIOSYNEX SA ALBIO.PA :
Biosynex SA announced on Wednesday the final results of its
public offering on Theradiag Share, saying that it will retain
9,382,354 shares, representing 71.52% of the capital and 71.22%
of the voting rights.
CASINO CASP.PA :
French retailers Casino CASP.PA and Teract TRACT.PA
confirmed on Wednesday they had begun exploratory discussions
that could lead to the combination of the two groups'
distribution activities in France within a single entity
controlled by Casino.
METABOLIC EXPLORER SA METEX.PA :
Metabolic Explorer SA said on Wednesday that it will launch in
the next few days a capital increase with preferential
subscription rights for an amount of approximately 8 million
euros.
SOGECLAIR SCLR.PA :
Sogeclair SA reported on Wednesday a turnover of 134.9 million
euros for 2022, adding that it looks forward to a new year of
growth in 2023.
