** Drug developer's shares  MTCR.O  rise 10.8% premarket and are
set to hit an over one-month high of $9.97 at the open
    ** U.S. FDA grants fast track designation to MET642, co's
experimental treatment for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)

    ** NASH is a fatty liver disease characterized by liver
scarring which has no approved treatments
    ** The fast track tag is intended to facilitate development
and speed up review of drugs designed to treat serious diseases
or conditions with the potential to fill an unmet medical need
    ** Co plans to test MET642 in a mid-stage trial in NASH
patients which is expected to begin in H1 2021
