Posting of Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting

Investor Presentation
Microsaic Systems plc (AIM: MSYS), the developer of point of need mass
spectrometry ("MS") instruments and related services, announces that its 2021
Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"), are
available on the Company's website at

posted to shareholders today, together with the Form of Proxy for voting at
the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The Company will hold its AGM at the offices of Turner Pope Investments (TPI)
Limited (the Company's joint broker) at 8 Frederick's Place, London, EC2R 8AB
on 30 June 2022 at 10.00am.
Arrangements for the AGM
The Board is keen to ensure that the health and safety of shareholders,
directors, employees and other key stakeholders remains a priority and as
such, all shareholders are urged to appoint the Chairman of the AGM as their
proxy, with voting instructions.
Shareholders are requested to notify the Company Secretary, via
info@microsaic.com in advance, if they wish to attend the AGM in person, and
should note that in the interests of safety they may be refused entry if, in
the opinion of the Company, the numbers in attendance becomes unsafe. The
Board will continue to monitor COVID-19 developments as well as any further UK
Government advice and will issue a further statement if the above arrangements
require any amendment.
Investor Presentation
The Company's Executive Chairman, Gerry Brandon, will provide a live
presentation at 10.00am on 30 June 2022, via the Investor Meet Company
platform, relating to the Annual Results for the year ended 31 December 2021.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9.00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
