Result of Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held
earlier today, all five ordinary resolutions put to the meeting were duly
passed. The special resolution relating to the disapplication of pre-emption
rights did not achieve the required 75% of votes cast and therefore was not
passed.
The voting results of the AGM were as follows:

5 To give the directors a general authority to allot shares in the Company and 99.4% 0.6%
to grant rights to subscribe for, or to convert any security into, shares in
the Company.
6 To empower the directors to allot equity securities for cash. 63.4% 36.6%
