    ** Co to take travel technology company Mondee public

    ** Deal supported by a $50 mln private investment in public
equity (PIPE) - statement
    ** Mondee will list on Nasdaq under the symbol "MOND" after
the deal closes in the first half of next year
    ** SPAC raised $241.5 mln in its IPO in February
