fall 21.8% to $9.93 in premarket trading
    ** Co announces pricing of an underwritten offering of 5.25
mln shares of MOND's class A at price of $10 per share
    ** Offer price is at 21.25% discount to Tuesday's close of
$12.7
    ** Offering expected to close on June 9, subject to
satisfaction of customary closing conditions
    ** Co not selling any shares of Common Stock in offering and
will not receive any proceeds 
    ** Adds, Morgan Stanley acting as lead bookrunning manager
and JMP Securities acting as an additional bookrunner
    ** Stock has risen 16.72% YTD
