    Travel tech firm Mondee aims to go public via $1 bln SPAC deal

    Dec 20 (Reuters) - Travel software maker Mondee Inc said on
Monday it plans to go public in the United States by merging
with blank-check company ITHAX Acquisition Corp  ITHX.O , in a
deal that values the combined entity at $1 billion.
