Mid Wynd International Investment Trust plc (`the Company') Legal Entity Identifier: 549300D32517C2M3A561 Board Update - Chairman Role As disclosed within the Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2023 the current Chairman, Mr Russell Napier, has signalled his intention to step down from the Board of the Company at the conclusion of the 2024 AGM. With due regard to this, the Board is pleased to announce that Mr David Kidd, the Company's Senior Independent Director, will succeed Mr Napier in the role of Chairman with effect from the conclusion of the 2024 AGM. Mr Kidd joined the Board in November 2016 as a Non-Executive Director and became Senior Independent Director in October 2022. It is intended that Mr Kidd will serve as Chairman for a period of three years to ensure continuity of experience on the Board. This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.
