The new Ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary shares. Following this issuance, the Company's issued share capital will be 66,381,114 Ordinary shares with no shares being held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 66,381,114.
