Notice of Annual General Meeting

Minoan Group Plc announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at
11.00 am on 30 April 2024 at the offices of WH Ireland Limited, 24 Martin
Lane, London, EC4R 0DR.

 

The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available on the Company's
website from today and will be posted today to those shareholders who have
elected to continue to receive hard copy communications from the Company.

 

The Company intends to publish its financial results for the year to 31
October 2023 prior to the Annual General Meeting.
