Significant Shareholdings
Minoan Group Plc has been notified today that the beneficial shareholding of Mr P D Raby is now 8,773,850 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, which represents 5.01% of the total 175,196,664 Ordinary Shares currently in issue.
In addition, Minoan has been notified today that Mr N Day is the beneficial shareholder of 8,851,630 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents 5.05% of the total 175,196,664 Ordinary Shares currently in issue.
