Update of expected Offer from DAGG LLP

 

Further to the announcement of 29 July 2025, the Minoan Board now expects a
formalised offer from DAGG LLP to be made by close of business Friday, 8
August 2025.

 

Since Loyalward Limited's (Minoan's 100% owned subsidiary) Report and
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 October 2024 are being reviewed by
the auditors, it is reasonable that this short extension has been agreed.

 

Should DAGG LLP fail to make a formalised offer, it is the view of the Board
that Minoan Group Plc will enter an insolvency process.
