Update on Suspension

 

Further to the announcement on 23 October 2025 the board of Minoan announces
that,  as a result of the uncertainty concerning Minoan's financial position,
trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended as it finalises
settlements with creditors and lenders such that the DAGG LLP non-binding
offer can proceed to a shareholder vote.

The board will provide a further update on the DAGG Proposal at the proper
time.
