Change of Auditor and Notice of Preliminary Results
 
MJ Hudson Group plc (AIM:MJH), the specialist service provider to the asset management industry,  confirms the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") as its auditor, following a formal selection process.
EY's first audit will be completed in respect of the Company's 2021 financial year ended 30 June 2021 ("FY 2021"). The Company's preliminary results for FY 2021 will be announced in the week commencing 15 November 2021.
