Publication of Interim Results

 

MJ Hudson Group plc (AIM: MJH), announces that it will not be in a position to
publish its interim results for the six-month period to 31 December 2022 by 31
March 2023.

 

On 12 December 2022, the Company announced certain issues that had arisen in
relation to the Company's audit for the year to 31 June 2022 and confirmed
that, pending clarification of these matters, the Group had applied to suspend
trading of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM.  The Group also confirmed
that it did not expect to complete the audit by 31 December 2022, the deadline
under the AIM Rules. The Company's shares remain suspended and since then it
has been working with advisers to complete a sale of certain assets of the
business.

 

It remains unlikely that the Company will be in a position to finalise the
audit and publication of its 2022 annual report and accounts and its interim
results in the near future.
