PDMR Dealings
 
The Company has been notified that, on Friday 7th May 2021, Matthew Hudson, Chief Executive of the Group, acquired 31,250 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company (``Ordinary Shares´´) at a price of 47p per share. Following this notification Mr Hudson holds a direct beneficial interest in 38,896,521 Ordinary Shares, plus an indirect interest in a further 8,517,340 shares held by his spouse, Katherine Hudson.
 
The Company has been notified that, on Friday 7th May 2021, Odi Lahav, Chief Operating Officer of the Group, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company at a price of 47p per share. Following this notification Mr Lahav holds 935,000 Ordinary Shares.
 
The Company has also been notified that, on Monday 10th May 2021, Peter Connell, Chief Financial  Officer of the Group, acquired 20,948 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company at a price of 47.5p per share. Following this notification Mr Connell holds 378,552 Ordinary Shares.
