PDMR Dealings
 
MJ Hudson (AIM:MJH), the international solutions provider to the asset management industry announces that Charles Spicer, Chairman, has today purchased 47,435 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company  ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 52.7p per share. Following this notification, Mr Spicer holds 158,228 Ordinary Shares.
 
In addition, Matthew Hudson, Chief Executive, has today purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 53.0p per share. Following this notification, Mr Hudson holds 38,865,281 Ordinary Shares (representing 22.5% of the shares in issue).
 
Further, Mr Andrew Walsh, Director of Corporate Development, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 53.0p per share. Following this notification, Mr Walsh holds 65,295 Ordinary Shares.
