    ** Co sees annual core profit to be "modestly" above its
prior forecast 
    ** MJH benefits from robust performance in its ESG and fund
performance analytics units 
    ** Co reports underling revenue growth of 50% in first half
of year 
    ** Including session's gains, stock down 34.7% YTD
