INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2022

Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce
its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022.

As at 30 September 2022:

Net assets: £68.46 million

Net asset value ("NAV") per share: 85.55 pence

 

Financial Highlights

Results for the six months ended 30 September 2022

·    Net asset value ("NAV") total return(1) per share was decreased by
11.2%.

 

·    Share price total return(1) per share decreased by 1.7%.

 

·    The Company made three new investments totalling £1.22 million and
five follow-on investments totalling £1.45 million.

 

·    The portfolio value reduced by £8.06 million due to unrealised
losses.

 

·    £2.80 million of cash proceeds from realisations contributed to a
net realised loss of £0.5 million.

 

·    An interim dividend of 6.00 pence per share declared for the year
ending 31 March 2023 was paid on 7 November 2022.
