Transaction in the Company's own shares and total voting rights

 

Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 27 March 2024 it
purchased 188,198 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 59.42
pence per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now
96,695,959 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with
voting rights.
