Transaction in the Company's own shares and total voting rights

 

Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 2 July 2024 it
purchased 74,251 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 55.34
pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now
96,621,708 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with
voting rights.
