Transaction in the Company's own shares and total voting rights

 

Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 7 October 2022 it
purchased 219,022 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 79.08
pence per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now
79,803,109 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with
voting rights.
