Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc is pleased to announce the
appointment of Lindsay Dodsworth as a Non-Executive Director of the Company
with effect from 1 January 2023.

 

Lindsay is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Audit Chair, Trustee and
Committee Chair having set up and grown a Family Office over the last twenty
years where she established and oversaw a diverse investment portfolio.  She
is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit at the  Martin
Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc, sits on the Investment Oversight Committee
for a Family Office, is the Chair of Governors at St John's College School,
Cambridge and a Trustee and Member of the Finance and  Investment Committee
at Goodenough College.

 

Lindsay was previously an International Corporate Tax Partner at Ernst &
Young for several years and prior to that she qualified as a Chartered
Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser at Price Waterhouse.  She is well
qualified to assume the role of Audit & Risk Committee Chair succeeding
Graham Paterson who retires from that role on becoming the Chairman of the
Company following the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 24 May 2023 and
the retirement of Jonathan Cartwright.  The Board will appoint Lindsay as a
member of the Audit & Risk Committee on 1 January 2023 as well as a member
of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Investment Committee.
