Net Asset Value (NAV)

Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that the unaudited net asset
value per share of the Company as at the close of business on 31 December 2021
was 111.27 pence per Ordinary share.

 

On 7 January 2022, the Company paid a dividend of 4.00 pence per share,
reducing the unaudited NAV of 111.27 pence per Ordinary share to 107.27
pence.
