Transaction in the Company's shares and Total Voting Rights

 

Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 23 September 2022, it
purchased 332,076 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 80.43 pence
per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now
91,244,441 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with
