Transaction in the Company's shares and Total Voting Rights

 

Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 7 October 2022, it
purchased 338,012   of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 80.43
pence per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now
90,906,429 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with
