Transaction in the Company's shares and Total Voting Rights

 

Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 24 November 2023, it
purchased 302,897 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 68.7 pence
per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now
