1.     London Stock Exchange ("the Exchange") has temporarily halted Mobeus
Income & Growth 4 VCT PLC (ISIN: GB00B1FMDH51,TIDM: MIG4). The security
was marked ex dividend ("ex") from the start of business on 15 September 2022
as per the company's announcement on 14 September 2022.

from the company on 15 September 2022 the revised ex date will now be 22
