Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 20 December 2023 it
purchased 248,726 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 54.77
pence per share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the Company has in issue 164,285,230 Ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
