** British transport company's annual adjusted pretax profit beats market expectations

** FY adjusted PBT of 122.3 mln pounds ($165.5 million) above market expectations of 87.73 mln pounds

** Forecasts FY26 adjusted operating profit between 195 mln pounds and 210 mln pounds vs 2025's 198 mln pounds

** Stock up ~8% so far this year
