platform  MKD.O  up 18% at $1.24 premarket 
    ** Co signs cooperation agreement with China-listed cloud
computing firm UCloud Technology  688158.SS   urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn3RbRJ7a
    ** MKD, UCloud to integrate their resources and jointly
launch industry solutions and service systems
    ** That will include upgrading of chemical, medical, new
materials and other industries
    ** Both cos will also deploy blockchain solutions to address
the inadequacies faced in various industries
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock up 25% YTD
