Momentum Multi-Asset Value Trust plc ("the Company")

On 01 February 2023, the Company bought back 208,500 Ordinary shares in the
market at a price of 163.00 pence per share.  These shares will be held in
treasury. Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will
comprise:
