Notification of Cancellation of Listing from the Official List

 

Further to the Company's earlier announcement today, 23 August 2023, following
the approval of the special resolution at the Second General Meeting in
accordance with the details set out in the circular published on 21 July 2023
(the "Circular"), the Company has applied for the listing of its reclassified
shares to be cancelled on 24 August 2023.

 

Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in
