Appointment of Senior Independent Director

 

 

The Board of The Monks Investment Trust PLC (the 'Company') is pleased to
announce the appointment of Ms Stacey Parrinder-Johnson as Senior Independent
Director with effect from 1 January 2026. She will take over this
responsibility from Ms Belinda Richards, who will retire at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company in September 2026.

Ms Parrinder-Johnson has served as an independent non-executive Director of
the Company since 1 March 2024.

 

There is no further information to be disclosed in respect of paragraph 6.4.6R
of the UK Listing Rules.
