Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.R we would
like to notify the market of the following:

The Monks Investment Trust PLC capital consists of 253,171,460 ordinary
shares. The Monks Investment Trust PLC holds 65,548,794 ordinary shares in
Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The Monks Investment
Trust PLC is 187,622,666, as at 30 April 2025.

The above figure (187,622,666) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, The Monks
Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules.
