Board Committee Changes
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), the Company is pleased to announce that Barbara Powley has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with immediate effect. Arthur Copple will step down as Chairman of the Committee, but will remain a member of the Committee.
