Announcement of Interim Dividends

Murray Income Trust PLC (the "Company") has declared first, second and third
interim dividends per share of 9.50 pence, totalling 28.50 pence, in respect
of the year to 30 June 2025 (2024: 9.50 pence, totalling 28.50 pence), as
follows -

The Board expects that the fourth interim dividend per share, to be announced
in August 2025, will be at least 10.50 pence (2024: 10.00 pence), which would
represent total dividends per share for the year to 30 June 2025 of 39.00
pence (2024: 38.50 pence).
