Announcement of Fourth Interim Dividend

The Directors of Murray Income Trust PLC (the "Company") have declared a
Fourth Interim Dividend of 10.00p per Ordinary share in respect of the year
ended 30 June 2024. As a result, the total dividend for the year is 38.50p per
Ordinary share, representing a 2.7% increase on the previous year's total
dividend of 37.50p per Ordinary share, and is the 51(st) consecutive year of
dividend increases announced by the Company.

 

The Fourth Interim Dividend will be paid to shareholders on 12 September 2024
with a record date of 16 August 2024 and an ex dividend date of 15 August
2024. This dividend follows the Company's first three quarterly interim
dividends of 9.50p each, totalling 28.50p per Ordinary share, which were paid
in December 2023, March 2024 and June 2024.

 

The latest date for receipt by the registrar, Link Group, of mandate
instructions for those shareholders wishing to join the Company's Dividend
Reinvestment Plan is 23 August 2024.

 

In line with best practice in corporate governance, the Company puts forward
its policy to pay four quarterly interim dividends for shareholder approval at
each Annual General Meeting.
