Second Interim Dividend

Murray Income Trust PLC (the "Company") declares a second interim dividend per
share of 9.50 pence (2025: 9.50 pence) in respect of the financial year to 30
June 2026, payable on 12 March 2026. The ex-dividend date is 12 February 2026
and the record date is 13 February 2026.

 

The Board expects that the total dividends in respect of the current financial
year will exceed the 40.0 pence per share paid in respect of the prior
financial year, which would extend the Company's 52 year record of progressive
dividends.

 

The final date for participating in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan
(the "DRIP") is 20 February 2026. Further details on the DRIP may be found on
