Authority to Issue shares at a Premium to NAV

 

This announcement is made to highlight to the market that the Company has
authority to issue up to 59,272,655 Ordinary shares of 5p each at a premium to
net asset value in accordance with the authority approved by shareholders at
the Annual General Meeting held on 24 April 2025.  Any interest in such
issuance should be coordinated through to JPMorgan Securities plc. There can
however be no certainty that the Company will issue shares pursuant to this
authority
