** Shares of biopharmaceutical co Nabriva Therapeutics
 NBRV.O  rise 3.3% to $0.31 premarket
    ** Co extends exclusive agreement with Merck & Co  MRK.N 
subsidiaries to promote and distribute skin disorder treatment,
Sivextro, in the U.S. through Dec. 31, 2026 (https://refini.tv/38WVmjD)
    ** Sivextro is an antibacterial drug and was approved in the
U.S. in 2014 for treatment of acute bacterial skin and skin
structure infections caused by certain micro-organisms
    ** Nabriva has been marketing and distributing the drug in
the U.S. and certain of its territories as part of exclusive
agreement executed in 2020 with Merck
    ** NBRV stock was down ~49% this year, as of last close
