** Shares of Nabriva Therapeutics  NBRV.O  rise as much as
32% to $0.25 premarket
    ** Company signs exclusive distribution agreement with
Turkey-based Er-Kim Pharmaceuticals for its pneumonia drug

    ** Under terms of the agreement, Er-Kim gains exclusive
rights to distribute oral and intravenous forms of the drug in
countries such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary,
Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia
    ** NBRV will be sole supplier of the drug to Er-Kim 
    ** Up to Friday's close, NBRV down ~68% YTD
