Accounts Update

 

nanosynth announces that the Company will not be in a position to publish its
annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 by 30 June
2023, being the deadline provided by Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

The Company continues to consider potential funding options for the business.

 

Trading in the Company's shares on AIM will remain suspended and further
announcements will be made in due course as appropriate.
