nanosynth, the AIM quoted company specialising in the synthesis and
application of nanoparticles to create new and improve existing products,
announces that it was informed on 11 July 2022 of the following Director/PDMR
purchases of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares"), all at 0.6 pence each:
