nanosynth group plc, the AIM quoted company specialising in the synthesis and
application of nanoparticles to create new and improve existing products,
announces that Richard Clarke has today resigned from the Company to pursue
other business interests with such resignation becoming effective on 7 April
2023.  Richard will remain as Chairman until then or upon an appropriate
replacement being appointed if sooner. The Board has commenced a process to
identify a suitable candidate and further announcements will be made in due
