    * National Bank of Greece announces the launch of a
voluntary cash
tender offer in respect of its EUR 400.0 million 2029 Tier 2
Notes subject to new issue condition 
    * National Bank of Greece says it intends to proceed with
the
issuance of a series of new euro-denominated Tier 2 subordinated
notes
    * Settlement of the tender offer and the new notes is
expected to
