Greece's HFSF narrows National Bank share sale price range (updated)

       ATHENS, Oct 2 (Reuters) - The price range for an offer
of National Bank  NBGr.AT  of Greece shares has been narrowed to
between 7.40 and 7.65 euros per share, Greek bank bailout fund
HFSF said on Wednesday.
    HFSF is selling a 10% stake in Greece's second largest bank
by market value through a book-building process and a public
offer in Greece which end later on Wednesday.
    The offering was oversubscribed by more than 11 times by
late Tuesday, a source with knowledge of the matter told
Reuters.
