** Australia's largest self-storage provider has risen 20% so far in the week, heading for best week ever, if current gains hold

** On Wednesday, co received A$4.02 billion ($2.62 billion) buyout offer from a consortium of Brookfield BAM.N and Singapore's GIC

** Offer could be the country’s biggest real estate privatisation deal, if it goes through

** Stock up ~15% this year, including the day's move
